Seaview Community Development Corporation is a beacon of hope and regeneration for the East End and Mill Hill neighborhoods in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Formed with the noble aim of combating community deterioration, our community development organization is dedicated to transforming these areas into thriving, vibrant communities. As a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization, our focus is the charitable purposes of acquiring, developing, owning, financing, leasing, and managing both residential and commercial projects as well as public infrastructure and amenities. These projects are designed not only to provide affordable housing but also to foster a sense of community and belonging among residents.
